Another Royal Wedding

Edinburgh is getting ready for the latest Royal Wedding!  Ok, it won't be as grand as William and Kate, but we are excited all the same.

Saturday will be the turn of Zara Phillips and England Rugby star Mike Tindall.  They will be married at Canongate Kirk on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. 

A few of us at the K TWO office will be heading into town to try and sneak a peak and the happy couple, and will be looking out for William and Kate too.  There is a huge buzz around the city centre and also at Ocean Terminal where the Royal Yacht Britannia is hosting a drinks reception for a select few on Friday evening.

Although there won't be as much planning needed for this Royal Wedding, we are sure Zara would have had a little help along the way,,,,,,, perhaps she even had the help of our fabulous Wedding Planner!

It’s Holiday Time!

It seems that everyone is on holiday at the moment! The K TWO office in particular has been very quiet as nearly half of the team are on holiday – not all together though we don’t think?

Karen in Sales has been sunning herself in Portugal, Rosy in Finance has been visiting the gorgeous sights near Ullapool in the north of Scotland and our Marketing guru Mel has been visiting family in England!

As nice as all of these holidays sound, I don’t think that anyone can beat the holiday that Kerri, the MD of K TWO, is currently on. She is on a beach break on one a gorgeous Thai islands with her family for a very special occasion – her brother is getting married!


I’m sure the K TWO Wedding Planner that Kerri sent them kept them very organised!

As you’ll see above, it looks like she is having lots of fun. We weren’t jealous at all when we got this picture emailed through yesterday!

Baby Beckham is here!

We all hate the doom and gloom around in the press at the moment, so everyone at the K TWO office was thrilled to hear that Victoria Beckham gave birth to a little girl yesterday.

There’s been a lot written about the name, but we all think that Harper is beautiful. And as for the ‘Seven’, there could be so many reasons that they have chosen it. It is not only supposed to have a lot of spiritual meaning, but it was also David’s famous squad number and Harper was also born on the 7^th hour on the 7^th day of the week and on the 7^th month!

The one thing that melted our hearts more than anything was the thought of David having a bit of a cry at the birth (everybody say “aww”)! He announced the birth on Facebook with some wonderful words that nearly made us cry too:

“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx"

So, congratulations to the Beckhams. A K TWO Baby Journal is on its way to you!
