UK orders over £40 will be delivered free of charge (unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for deliveries outside mainland UK).
For overseas and UK orders under £40 carriage will be charged dependant on weight. Carriage charges are shown in the shopping basket and checkout at the time of making the order and vary according to destination and weight of goods ordered. Delivery will be made within 4-5 working days by Royal Mail.
A 48 hour courrier option is also available at a cost of £5.95 for orders under £40. There is an option to select this at checkout.
However, KTWO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery
When Free delivery is offered this can only be applicable to UK mainland customers. Ireland, Channel Islands and overseas customers will be charged the appropriate carriage depending on the weight and destination.
First class post is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and may take a few days to arrive. If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please contact your neighbours or local Royal Mail sorting office, in the first instance, to see if a parcel is waiting for collection, as sometimes they forget to leave a card. If the parcel is not there, then please contact us. If your order does not appear within 15 working days, then we will despatch the order again or offer a full refund. This rule does not apply during the Royal Mail Strike.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is a 48 hour service available to UK mainland customers only. Bad weather conditions or unforeseen road problems could possibly delay this service. In such instances we are not obliged to refund this cost. We will however do everything we can to help in such circumstances. The 48 hour service does not include bank holidays.
Returns
KTWO only accept returned goods which are damaged or faulty. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty in any way, KTWO must be informed within 7 days by writing or email. A replacement or refund will be given.
Delivery
Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days for all straight forward deliveries. Any orders requiring labelling or any special requirements may take longer. Orders/Carriage
The minimum order value is £150, with a carriage paid order (to UK Mainland only) being £200. Orders under £200 will incurr an £8.50 carriage charge. Any orders delivered outside UK Mainland will be charged according to courier costs at time of delivery.
Labelling
The cost of supplying and labelling products is £0.20 per unit.
