K TWO Products make every effort to give you great customer service.  We like to think of ourselves as friendly, approachable and efficient and we want you to be pleased with our service whether ordering or enquiring on line or over the phone.   Our warehouse are very experienced and efficient and get orders out quickly, taking care to protect them and ensure you are delighted with what you receive.

For our retail customers we aim to get your order to you within 4 - 5 working days and for trade customers in 2 - 3 working days.  Should any items be damaged in transit, just let us know right away, we will always replace or credit you and will follow it up with our courriers where appropriate.

When you shop with us we will keep you informed of the progress of your order by e.mail.  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.  We will never do this without your prior consent and we will not share information about you with any other organisation.

For our trade customers (UK mainland) the minimum order is £150 and £200 carriage paid.  On line offers for trade customers may be made available and if you are on our database you will be informed of these by e.mail.  K TWO do run other trade offers for orders placed on the phone, by e.mail or at trade shows but these run seperately to on line offers.  Only one offer can be used on any order.
